At Point and Shoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your photography gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
